Spring’s A Poppin’! time for another Tablescape Thursday. It’s a lot of fun to do a table setting with things that are not your own. You get a whole new perspective! I do displays for a sweet little shop in the West Shore Farmer’s Market called Annie B’s.

For this cute little bistro table I used a hot pink check gossamer table topper. The plates were carrots tied with a spring green bow at the top. The centerpiece was a tall glass ginger jar filled with pastel mache eggs, topped with a vine candle ring with pastel silk tulips and pussy willow branches-also faux! The candle ring had little yellow chicks, eggs, and flowers on it. The candle holders were tea cup shaped metal flowers and I scattered jewel-tone glass flower pots with votives here and there.

Faux jelly bean candle rings held still more votives-little glass pastel bunnies. The tablescape changed as things were sold-we only had two of the brown polka dot plates to work with when originally there were four. There were also mini pots of tulips in the first version.
It was a fun, springy, colorful table and loads of fun to do!
Hope everyone is ready for Easter. Pop on over to Between Naps On the Front Porch for Tablescape Thursday for lots of table top inspirations. Many thanks to Susan, our hostess for this weekly event.

Oh look at those cute carrot plates! Beautiful colorful tablescape!...Christine
Wow, you get to play with OPS (other people's stuff)? What fun, and you've done a beautiful job.
I had to pop in again to comment on your comment. The big bush in my yard has thorns on it, but doesn't really look like a rose. I googled and think it may be a flowering quince. Know anything about them?
